Omg this scene. I bet RDJ was like, “Hey, let’s make the credits as long as possible, then, after everyone’s waited for 10 minutes and they’re all ansty, let’s have a scene where- wait for it- we sit in silence and eat for an awkward amount of time.” 

And Ruffalo would be all, “Wow, Mr. Downey, that’s fantastic! You are so funny. Let’s make friendship bracelets. Please, sign my son.”

Whedon had to troll us one way or another.

I felt Coulson’s stand against Loki, when he made a joke, kinda ruined that moment for me. I didn’t feel the emotional aspect. Also, the more climactic scenes kinda lost their sense of danger because of the humor that was thrown around. In a sense, the movie was kinda suppressed by a bit because of the humor.

Nothing that made it any worse though. This is just my opinion.

Don’t get me wrong, the movie was SPECTACULAR and MIND-BLOWING, nevertheless.

was it was inappropriately funny at some parts.

I almost did not take the movie seriously.

I overlooked that small fact though, because the movie was just too good.

Korra and I are perfect for each other!

I noticed it’s been said already but I’m gonna say it again: before even mentioning Korra’s beauty, he first notes her strength and sense of fun. He’s not after Korra just because she’s pretty, though that certainly doesn’t hurt — he genuinely likes Korra’s personality and abilities.

Have I mentioned how much I ship Borra today? Because I ship it pretty fucking hard.
